It is January of 2022 and like many people, I added to my goals a healthier and more fit body, freed of the mommy fupa.
The recipe to kiss this mommy pooch goodbye is not as easy as I wished, so I have to welcome all the help I can get! When Teami Blends invited me to try their 30 Days Detox Program I didn’t even flinch.

During 30 days, I’m documenting my detox journey, day by day on the first week and then week by week! I think in this way I can actually show you how it really worked for me.
What is the 30 Days Detox Program from Teami Blends?
This Detox Program is composed of two different tea blends: the Skinny Tea (Oolong, Yerba Mate, Lime leaf Extract, Lotus leaf, Jiao Gulan, Ginger Root & Rhubarb Root.) and the Colon Tea (Senna Leaf & Root, Hawthorn Berry Extract, Lotus Leaf, Lime Leaf & Extract, Psyllium Husk Seed, Phaseolus Calcaratus Seed, Rhubarb Root, Poria Cocos Stem Bark & Valerian Root.).
The program has a duration of 30 days and promises “to naturally help cleanse, reset and refresh your body in just two simple steps” the Skinny Tea in the morning and the Colon Tea every other night before bed.
The 30 Days Detox Starter Pack includes everything you need on your detox journey:

I am really excited to start this detox challenge, see how it works, and share it all with you!
Day 1
I had my cup of Skinny Tea in the morning, about 30 minutes before my breakfast. The tea flavor is good, I didn’t need to use any sweetener. My morning went by as normal. I tried to drink as much water as I could.
I noticed that I wasn’t hungry as normal at lunchtime, but I had my lunch as always. What surprised me the most was not feeling any sugar cravings! That is something very unusual for me, I love anything sweet.
Day 2
Today I had the skinny tea in the morning before breakfast. During the day no sugar cravings again, and notice more of the diuretic effects throughout the day.
It was the first night drinking the colon tea, it is meant to be drunk every other night. I just steep it for a minute, surprisingly has a good taste, no need for sweetener either.
I didn’t feel any laxative effect, but I don’t have problems with constipation either.
Day 3
It’s already becoming a habit to take skinny tea in the morning before breakfast. I felt as same as yesterday, with no sugar cravings and many trips to the bathroom, no joke this tea is very diuretic.
I was emotionally prepared for some laxative effect from the colon tea I drank the night before but was a regular day for me.
Day 4
I woke up a bit later today, so instead of coffee, I had my skinny tea at breakfast. Today I did much better on my water intake, which you already may know… more visits to the bathroom.
Today I felt much less bloated, which is great and gave me more motivation to keep going with this detox plan!
Tonight is Colon Tea night again, I steep it for about 5 minutes, the maximum suggested in the package. I’ll be going to bed shortly.
Day 5
This morning I decided to spice my Skinny Tea in the morning, so I added a quarter of lemon juice… It was regret at the first sip, not my thing! Ugh!
This tea is a really great diuretic, I kept visiting the restroom and feeling that all fluid retention that was making me feel bloating was finally beginning to go away.
Last night I had the Colon Tea, I steeped it for 5 minutes this time. In the morning, I had to rush to the toilet before breakfast, this time I really felt the laxative effect of the Colon Tea, but the cramping was minimal, to be honest.
During the day I had more visits to the toilet, but without crampings at all or for too long. By the evening, the toilet visits were finished.
Day 6
Skinny Tea only day, as usual, I had my tea before breakfast, no experiments this time this mama learned her lesson.
The first week is almost done and a keep feeling less bloated and not having sugar cravings which were so normal for me.
I’m keeping up with my water consumption and flushing off all of the liquid retentions I didn’t even know I had.
Day 7
Last day of the first week, I’m really proud of not missing a day!
After my celebratory dance, I prepared my Skinny Tea and had it on my breakfast instead of coffee, I felt energized as if I had a coffee, shocker I know! But it didn’t keep me from having my coffee anyways!
The day ran like the days before, with no sugar cravings, drinking lots of water, and flushing any fluids excess like a pro.
Tonight is Colon Tea night and I just prepared my warm teacup, steeping it for 5 minutes, this mama is ready for all the cleansing I can get!

Week 2
I already feel my body different, as I mentioned before I’m already much less bloated, mostly in my belly area.
Also, is so much easier to realize what food makes me bloated, like broccoli cheddar soup, unfortunately.
Finally, it has been easier to keep up with drinking more water – like the ideal amount – which is a habit I want to keep after this challenge.
Week 3
This third week, went pretty much the same, drinking the Skinny Tea in the mornings, before breakfast, and the Colon Tea every other night.
I have noticed that the visits to the bathroom on the day after the Colon Tea happened less often in comparison with the first week.
But, when I occasionally have something fatty, like fries or a burger, the Colon Tea has more effect on the next day, meaning I visit the bathroom more often in comparison with days that I eat regular healthy-ish food.
Week 4
I haven’t missed one day on this challenge, this mama is patting herself on the back right now.
However, this last week I had my skinny tea after lunch, and let me tell you, for the first time this month I had a sugar craving. That just confirms my theory that this tea is really helping me control my sugar tooth.
Besides feeling the same as the last week, Skinny Tea still working the same as the first day, and the Colon Tea now seems to have completed its mission in detoxing my body, so now the visits to the toilet are more regulated.
Also, I notice during the middle of this week that my body skin is cleaner from little bumps that I had since my pregnancy. I wasn’t expecting it but confess I’m glad it happened.
Conclusion
In conclusion, Teami’s 30 Days Detox Program delivers what was promised. The reset and cleanser are real! Be ready to see your bladder working extra and to visit the toilet many times.

Don’t be afraid of cramping, at least for me it wasn’t very often and when it happened it was very light.
I would probably never know how bloated I was until the second week of this challenge when I notice how slimmer my belly looks.
I haven’t lost weight, to be honest, it wasn’t my goal so I didn’t step on a scale to know exactly if I lost any. I still have a long way to go to achieve my body goal but for sure this detox program was the boost I needed to keep going with my exercises routine.
This detox plan is a tool that allied with other tools can help you achieve a healthier lifestyle, weight loss, or bloating problems but nothing will change by drinking it alone.
